Egg hunts provide an excellent team-building opportunity, split employees up into teams and buy prizes for the team who finds the most. Instead of chocolate as a reward come up with some office perks like an extra 15 minute break or free lunch. Hide any chocolate eggs under desks, chairs or any other office furniture you can use as a hiding place.

Decorations

Challenge your employees to decorate their desk in Easter decorations and reward the most creative one.  Some decorations ideas are flowers, egg nests, decorative trees and bunting.
